Philip Nolan, Non-Executive Chairman
 Dr. Philip Nolan joined the Group in February 2007 as Non-Executive Chairman. His other directorships include De La Rue plc, Providence Resources plc and Ulster Bank plc. He is also chairman of Infinis Limited and the Irish Management Institute. He was formerly chief executive officer of Eircom Limited from 2002 to 2006, prior to its acquisition by Babcock & Brown. Prior to this he was chief executive officer of Transco plc from 1998 to 2000 and Lattice Group plc from 2000 to 2002, following its demerger from BG Group plc.

Graham Matthews, Chief Executive Officer
 Graham Matthews is a founding member of Sepura and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2002. He has over 37 years' experience in computing, telecommunications and radio and has held a number of high-profile positions with ICL, Nortel and GEC Plessey Telecommunications. At Nortel (formerly STC), he, as business development director, played a leading role in securing a UK licence to operate a GSM network. At GPT, he was business unit director, commercialising some of the world's earliest digital cordless phones. In addition, he was chief executive officer of Tunstall Telecom Plc in 1994, following which he joined Simoco in 1997, initially as managing director of the company's systems integration business, and became managing director of the wholly owned Simoco subsidiary, Simoco Digital Systems Limited, in 2001 following the restructuring of the company.

Stephen Crowther, Chief Financial Officer
 Stephen Crowther joined the Group in October 2003 as Finance Director. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He was previously finance director of Merlin Communications from 1999 to 2003 and European finance director of Spillers Petfoods (a subsidiary of Dalgety Plc) from 1995 to 1996 until he became director of corporate planning at Dalgety Group in 1996. Prior to that, he was a partner at Pricewaterhouse between 1989 and 1995.

Tim Bunting, Non-Executive Director
 Tim Bunting joined the Group in May 2007. He is a partner at Balderton Capital (formerly Benchmark Europe). Prior to joining Balderton Capital in 2007, he was a partner managing director of Goldman Sachs & Co. and spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs having held various roles including global head of Equity Capital Markets (2002 to 2005) and vice chairman (2005 to 2006) of Goldman Sachs International. He is a non-executive director of Yell Group plc, governor of Wellington College and a trustee of the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity.

Tony Illsley, Non-Executive Director
 Tony Illsley joined the Group in July 2007 as a Non-Executive Director. His other directorships include GCAP Media plc and Northern Foods plc. He is also chairman of Plastic Logic Limited and Cachelogic Limited. He was on the board of directors of easyJet plc from 2000 to 2005 and prior to this he was chief executive officer of Telewest plc from 1998 to 2000. He held various roles at PepsiCo Inc. from 1984 to 1998 including president of Pepsi Cola Japan, president of Pepsi Cola Asia Pacific and president of Walker Snack Foods Limited. He held various senior marketing positions at Colgate Palmolive (UK) Limited from 1979 to 1984 and is also a trustee of the Whizz-Kidz children's charity.

Sion Kearsey, Non-Executive Director
 Sion Kearsey is a founding member of Sepura. He is also a co-founder of Kelso Place, a private equity firm specialising in acquiring controlling interests in underperforming, distressed or non-core businesses. He has extensive experience of private equity and small cap quoted companies and has considerable expertise in management, trading and business development. He was previously a managing director of Goldman Sachs International, where he was responsible for managing and growing various trading businesses, and was head of Goldman Sachs International's Eurobond Department between 1994 and 1999 and its European Emerging Market Trading Department between 1996 and 1999.

David Tilston, Non-Executive Director
 David Tilston joined the Group in July 2007 as a Non-Executive Director. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a Fellow of The Association of Corporate treasurers where he is currently a member of its audit and remuneration committee. He was finance director of Victrex plc from 1997 to 2000 and finance director of OverNet Data plc from 2000 to 2004, the latter of which was floated on AIM. He has also held senior finance roles in a number of FTSE 250 and other large UK listed public limited companies. Staffing company SThree PLC (LSE: STHR.L - news) has named David Tilston as its interim chief financial officer with effect from January 23rd 2008.

Malcolm Quelch, Chief Technology Officer
 Malcolm Quelch is a founding member of Sepura and was appointed Manufacturing Director in 2002 and subsequently appointed as Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for creating and sustaining Sepura's products, development capability and technology platform. After 17 years in the electronic components businesses of Mullard and Philips, he joined Philips Telecom as international manufacturing manager for paging, cellular and PMR radio terminals and networks. In 1996, he joined Simoco as operations director after the management buy-in of its PMR business.

David Taylor, UK Sales Director
 David Taylor is a founding member of Sepura and was appointed UK Sales Director in 2002. He has over 35 years' experience in sales directorships at PYE Radio, Philips and Simoco. He has announced his wish to move towards retirement from Sepura and on 1 July 2007 commenced part-time employment (four days per week) and will move later to a consultancy role. In late 2007 Sepura intends to integrate its UK sales operation with its International sales operation under Jens Thostrup and to appoint a regional sales director responsible for the UK, reporting to Jens Thostrup. A potential candidate has been identified.

Jens Thostrup, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
 Jens Thostrup joined the Group in 2003 to lead the International development of the business. He has more than 17 years' experience building and managing International sales teams and distribution networks. He worked for seven years at Philips Radio Communications Systems in Denmark, where he was responsible for GPS and satellite communication products worldwide. He was also sales and marketing director of Navigato which he co-founded in 1993. He was director of sales and general manager APAC at DanNet Singapore (a joint venture between IBM and Telecom Denmark) between 1997 and 2000, a role he subsequently carried out for Signal Soft Inc. between 2000 and 2002.

Gordon Watling, Chief Operating Officer
 Gordon Watling joined the Group in November 2006 as Chief Operating Officer. He was previously global engineering director of Honeywell's Electronic Sensing business from 2003 to 2006 and operations director of Invensys Energy Systems from 1998 to 2000, until he became development manager at HP/Agilent Technologies in 2000. Prior to that, he had operations, development and manufacturing roles at Schlumberger Industries between 1985 and 1997.

Tim Woodruff, Development Director
 Tim Woodruff joined the group in May 2005 and is now Development Director. He has 20 years' experience in the development of hardware and software, within both the telecoms and defence industries as an engineer, project leader and development manager, developing and leading teams of over 300 engineers. Prior to joining Sepura he was responsible for NEC's GSM global software development team. He is responsible at Sepura for the requirements capture, design, development and testing of all products developed by Sepura. This includes radio terminals, accessories and support tools including those developed in-house and sub-contracted
